When Miguel dropped “Adorn” a few months ago, I thought to myself, “Damn, this is fire, it should be longer.” I know you did too. Luckily for the both of us Miguel released an extended version along with some new visuals.
Decent video but more than anything else, the song is what makes you want to watch. It has a Marvin Gaye feel to it, and it’s cool. If this single is any indication of his new album, I’m sure it’ll be good.
He gotta do something with this hairstyle tho… but I’ll only judge an artist by his most recent art. Aside from his wack hair cut… his music is dope.
I just wanna take Jhene Aiko out for drinks. Just one time. That’s all I need, I appreciate her artistry.
This dope song, which was released in 2010, and also made the cut of her recent mixtape is pure fire. From my understanding the song is about achieving and obtaining your goals without losing focus on your yourself and what’s important.
With a message such as that mixed with a classic freestyle from Sir Kanye, the track has been on heavy rotation these past couple days.

Classic song off of Lauryn Hill’s MTV UNplugged. This the Lauryn Hill we need to come back.
What makes this song so dope are the emotions and talent that came pouring out of Ms. Hill during her performance. She even let a few tears go. The subject relates to anybody who has had any kind of battle within themselves. Including self doubt, fear, or disappointment.
Yo… I wasn’t wrong when I said Nas had a banger for an album.
This track “Bye Baby” is pure dopeness. Nas dishing out the dirt on his divorce with Kelis, while an Aaron Hall sample floats in the background. Epic sh*t, and I’m sure it sums up a lot of our breakups. We all got someone who deserves a “Bye Baby.” Sh*t… some of us got 3 or 4 who need to listen to this joint. If you cop the CD and look at the inside cover of the album, guarantee you at least 3 of my exes are listed in the album credits for this song.
